intkIf you were in fact talking about the same Vernazza models on Amazon then there is absolutely no difference but the price! We are kicking Amazons butt! hehe. All jokes aside, you will have full 2 year warranty with Arozzi and there is no better place to get support than here on Massdrop. @ArozziScott is always in the discussion answering questions and helping to take care of problems that do arise. Plus, the Massdrop community support team also rocks and is there if you need us! Cheers.

ScushMassdrop sales are final. No returns, unlike Amazon. That's a huge cost savings for them compared to other retailers. But if you can deal with that as a condition of buying then you save big. They Ali's have other rules like meeting the reserve quantities for each drop.

ArozziScottIt hard to purchase this type of furniture over the internet. I mean, its like buying a mattress online before trying and not being able to return it. I've already went through 3 "gaming" chairs through Amazon. They all had great review but my issue is the seat padding is never thick enough and felt like sitting on a hard surface. Its like they put all their resources on the functions and look but not in comfort.

intkLook at the foam density and the total weight of the foam. Personally I'm about to jump on this train too.

intk@maximusmith529 makes a very good point. Most chair companies do not talk about foam density or even foam type. And I know of only one other that talks about the total weight of the foam in the chair. So, yes, I agree, like many things it is possible to call something a "gaming chair" by putting a racing stripe on a cheap chair. But a real gaming chair is made to be used for long hours and provide ergonomic support to help you do so.
