Is this chair full of problems? I'm on the edge of buying this.
ajcrow86No, what you see are a couple of minor problems that have been or will be resolved. You know, people that are home just using the product as expected generally don't post. Although, if you browse down you will see a couple of satisfied community members have posted.
So you can sell hundreds, even thousands of an item and two or three bad ones can give a completely skewed impression. Defects and problems happen to every company, it is a byproduct of mass production which delivers a lot great, high quality products for low prices. That means that to keep the price low you have to allow for some range of defect, usually agreed to be 1% or under. But, even at 1% if you sell 1,000 there are 10 people that had issues. That's where warranties come in. I personally have had a defective iPhone and a brand new Mercedes in which it turned out when it got warm outside the air conditioning did not work. Two top brands that have esteemed reputations for quality. But they took care of my problems and that's what matters. The problem below is that it seems this guy did not get taken care of quickly and that is a problem. But he should be now. Hope he will confirm that.

ajcrow86I got mine last christmas, and I love it (minus all the scratches my cat has put into it). Seems like it's just a few people from the previous run who've gotten issues.
