This drop was amazing. Great value. Amazing chair. I’m 6’1’’ 200 lbs and this chair feels huge! Sturdy, comfortable and stylish. Paired it with the Arozzi 63” all black desk, looks awesome.

Tex-ArozziHi @Tex-Arozzi, anytime, it has been a great chair for the past year. One question, the level of the chair keeps sinking randomly. Is this a sign of failure in the pump/actuator? Please let me know if this is something I can fix. I keep having to readjust every time it sinks. Sometimes it holds for a while but other times it doesn't.
