Just an update. Arozzi sent me both the broken and the missing parts i had for both chairs. It took a while to get them and they arrived after Christmas but let's assume they were overwhelmed with the holidays and a manufacturer created problem. Overall I am happy with the service. It was frustrating but they did what they could. I think it confused them a little because both my girlfriend and I called about two different orders we placed to the same address.
The chairs are actually really nice. I would Not hesitate to buy if your looking for this style of chair. I am very happy with it. For the price you cant beat this chair. Really a solid feeling chair. The only thing I would change is maybe use metal wheels. My little brother loves his also
