Chair came right when it was supposed to and is very comfortable and very good looking. Only complaints are that there were a few small tears in the front of the seat, as well as some of the plastic covering The joints by which the chair leans back snapped during shipping I suppose. It seems with all these examples of poor quality control on here, Arozzi would do something about it because this is an otherwise fantastic chair.
