My chair will tilt, rock, and lock but it won’t raise up and down. I made sure to take off the plastic cap from the piston but the right lever under the chair doesn’t seem to raise or lower the chair at all. Is there something I’m missing or need to try?

brannak1I had the same issue initially. You have to push the right lever in the tilt up slightly hard. Make sure your not sitting on the chair when you attempt it the first time so you can get a feel to how the piston operates. According to the manufacture this is normal and will get easier over time. For me, it seems to be just a matter of knowing how to operate it correctly. Slightly diffferent operation than other office chairs have used.
