I've waited to write a review just to see if it would hold up over time. Kind of disappointing to see it falling apart nearly after a month and a half. Firstly it arrived damaged. The wheels looked used taking them out of the plastic. Parts were worn down like it was rolled around in a previous chair then repackaged. I overlooked this as it didnt bother me that much. But now my left arm is loose. The bolts have worn down and stripped threading since I had to tighten the left arm (underneath where it connects at base) now I need new bolts. Very frustrated at the moment as I now have no left arm on the chair. Word of advice to company, if you're going to cut costs by using cheap parts at least provide extra bolts since they're soft and strip easily.....
