@ArozziScott My chair was block at the custom because Arozzi put 0.01$ as value for the item. Because of that, it didn't pass custom...
MrLeeHi,, sorry for that issue. I think someone in our shipping department got confused. When we send samples or repair units to Canada they should have .01 value because they are free or parts. But your chair should not have that. Please contact us at service@arozzi.com and we will get it taken care of for you.
