Who is in charge of marketing? Lately many knifes are missing views of one side, particularly the frame lock side. This knife doesn't even have a photo of the knife closed, unforgivable. Why note take a clue from some of the online knife companies and get your act together. Your growth has been incredible the past couple years, it is starting to show with all your marketing mistakes.

TigerUKRant? why should I have to google for information that should be supplied by the sellers. When you purchase an item that you can't return, you like to be able to see what you are purchasing.

DonPerreaultGoogling = price comparison (most companies offer price matching), shipping comparison (most companies beat Mass Drop) , and in this case also different options of the knife model ( material options). I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a clear view of a product and when you're dealing with folding knives just the presentation side can leave a lot to question. In short Googling = loss of sales.

RudolphOK, understand your point. I was under the impression that the knifes sold on Drop were one of a kind from Drop and not until recently when I saw a post of someone stating it is cheaper on Amazon did I realize how foolish I was. However, to my real point of Drop not taking pictures of all sides of their knifes, opened and closed is just dropping the ball or they don't want a side not to be seen. Many frame lock knifes have only one nice looking scale and these are knifes they tend to forget to show the frame lock side. BTW: since finding out about the knifes being available elsewhere, I now look before buying.

DonPerreaultOh, I agree completely with your initial point . I was bothered that you were scolded for asking for multiple views (it bothered me so much last time I posted a lock side view), and as I can see you agree that a business shouldn't push you to view their goods on another site ( like online marketing 101 ). Sorry the for way I posted it (was responding to tigeruk) I just didn't see you as ranting.

RudolphI guess we both agree that the marketing people at Drop have some learning to do or they are deliberately showing the best of the shots, that may not include every side. I for one, will not buy a knife that I can not see all views. I just counted how many knifes I have purchased from drop and stopped at 25, it was getting nauseous thinking about the money I have blown on knifes for collecting. Nice chatting with ya Rudolph

DonPerreaultI am pretty certain this one was done intentionally. Showing the other side of the knife shows the incosistency of the design and honestly looks pretty unnattractive (the other side). Also shows their markup pretty heavily and not even close to being worth $150 (not to mention the fake $200 markdown). I miss the MassDrop days when they seemed to care more about their success rather than now when it seems they only care about profit margins. Was really interested in this knife but not anymore, hope to see some actual interest in improving customer satisfaction but I won't hold my breath.
