Just got the same email. What a joke. You'd think they would filter out these emails regarding our order so theyes could send a personal message regarding this huge screw up.

Yeah, they did screw badly, and Massdrop is aware. At this point, patience will be virtuous. I don't know exactly how many items are actually involved, 100's (?), but I for one am confident it will get straightened out. This will likely take some time in order to figure out what are the BEST steps to take so that it's done right without a repeat.

even if they would correct the issue, they should be letting people know they are at least working toward an outcome.

I received a note almost as soon as I sent in my 'complaint' referencing the mistake. The reply almost looked costum written in that it referenced a picture I took to accompany my complaint. The picture was not part of a standard list of images they would have needed to have, and they actually acknowledged the picture I sent them was OK. And, they are working on a solution. It's gonna be like waiting for a pot of water to start boiling. Hopefully, it won't be as slow as watching corn grow LOL.
