Hey everyone,
We have found out about the root cause of the mis-shipment problem. Because of the inconsistency of the product labelling from the vendor, some of the FRP A4 lip were inventoried as carbon fiber and vice-versa.
This only affect a small portion of the order. But still, definitely not ideal.
For the members that received the wrong lip, please contact Massdrop Support. And we'll have the problem fixed for you.
We have also issued shipment intercepts for the orders we've determined to be incorrect.
We are working with our warehouse and placing additional order with the vendor to have this fixed as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for the trouble, and we'll be partially refunding $20 for everyone that's affected by this.

nelson@nelson ...I've submitted an email to Massdrop support but I would like to mention here that I also received a FRP lip instead of the CF version that I ordered. It was labelled as FRP on the packaging. I've heard of some automatically receiving a $20 discount on the order, that hasn't been the case with my order. Also, since I was also required to pay an additional $40.00 duties at the door from Canada Post and suspect I will also have to pay again when the CF one arrives, $20 isn't going to do it. Thanks for your help.
