Finally this drop is back, but really I was expecting a lower price at the lowest point, I ended up paying the exact same 249 they sell for with 2 day shipping from amazon. The only thing is that I get the stands for "free"

MXVZHuh? The DS1 stands purchased through the Massdrop deal are at the same discounted rate as the speakers, ie an unbeatable deal. You won't find either the speakers or the stands at a better price. The Massdrop price for a pair of A2+ speakers and DS1 stands is $216.99 delivered.
Many people have remarked on the cost of the DS1 stands for what they are and I don't disagree much with them. My main problem with the stands is only coming in black which are a poor aesthetic match with the white speaker in my opinion. I was actually looking into what it would take to paint them white and it's more of a hassle since they're made of silicone rubber. I saw the below pic and emailed the company about the stands they were using. Turns out it was just a bunch of folded up paper! :)

dablYeah, I agree... Is just that I was expecting a lower price, the other thing why mine are most expensive is because California, for you they are 216.99 but for me they were 233 I believe due to the tax. I ordered them in black so thats no problem for me, since I won't be using them with a mac, and my gaming pc is red/black themed.
