Their latest update completely shit the bed for TONS of users. My device, as of a month ago, no longer pairs with any of my phones. While their engineers are aware of this problem, they either haven't solved it or their customer service failed to communicate the solution to me. Massive disappointment.

Which update are you referring to specifically? iOS app/Android app/Gen 1 device firemware/Gen 2 device firmware? And which version?
I have an iPhone 6 Plus pair with 1 x gen 1 dongle and 2 x gen 2 dongle, I haven't experience any issues with pairing in recent weeks.
