Have the Contigo version as well. Cleanup just sucks. Design is NOT conducive to easy cleaning. The trick for me is to rinse it immediately after use if possible. Mold grows so fast though. If that happens, boiling hot water and bleach solution and shaken vigorously works for me. Almost not worth it though.
