" A paladin is a knight renowned for his heroism and chivalry. The Bestech Paladin is a knife renowned for its cutting ability. See the parallels?"
No, not really.

bookworm13OR Have Gun Will Travel reads the card of a man. A knight without armor in a savage land. His fast gun for hire heeds the calling wind. A soldier of fortune is the man called Paladin. Paladin, Paladin Where do you roam? Paladin, Paladin, Far, far from home.

bambam67Oh, I fully intend to buy one when they come out with one small and light enough (seems to be against their MO).
Just a poke at the poor soul who has to come up with the marketing drivel for endless knife drops. Brings to mind Dudley Moore's suggested motto for Volvo: "Boxy but safe".
For Bestech: "Another knife like the many you already have, but just different enough"

bookworm13Have you looked at the Pebble? It's not my personal favorite, but is a pretty slim knife and the lightest I have in their G10 line. The Spike looks like it might be a runner up in that category, but I don't have one in hand to compare
Edit: unless you're willing to step up out of the G10 line, then I HIGHLY recommend the Goblin (or Imp, depending on which blade appeals to you)

KavikThe Thorn is awesome too, very sleek and well polished.

OmniseedReally? Now I would've called the Thorn an average weight and size, and maybe a little thicker than average handle.
But, yeah, I really like that one too, for me it has a great in-hand feel.
I guess the question is.... @bookworm13 what do YOU consider "small and light enough"?

KavikIt's got a kind of chubby feel in the hand when it's opened, because the handle is fairly thick, but it feels nice and rounded. It's basically the same size format as the Falcon or Native5, but a hair longer and with more lateral bulbism to the handle.

bookworm13Really? You didn't see the obvious parallels? The ones that shine like a city on a hill? --------------I hate to admit it, but neither did I. This knife looks good enough that the ad men could have made up anything and I would have gotten one. Maybe they meant perpendiculars and not parallels. (It could happen.)
