How well does the new quick disconnect work?

SpinuchIt work very well. It's very secure it doesn't wobble like the v1. You disconnect it by making a single twist pull motion. It more like you're snapping a stick. It pushes the spring to the side making it coil up to release. You can release with just your thumb by pushing it outward and pulling at the same time.
In that video the guy Pulls to disconnect. That way requires effort to disconnect.
