Results of ownership:
There are two ways to plug a keyboard into this thing. One is USB, the other is PS/2. I found that only a keyboard that registers as a generic keyboard when plugged into a computer via USB will work in the USB port of this bluetooth adapter. However, every keyboard I have works when plugged into the PS/2 port (with USB-to-PS/2 adapter).
By using the PS/2 plug, I found pretty much every keyboard worked just fine, but I lost the use of some special keys (such as the media keys on my Quickfire TK).
All in all, it's a pretty good purchase. It's not overly fancy or gimmicky, it just works.
