UPS has been having a lot of trouble with this shipment. I think we've sorted it all out now and everything will arrive tomorrow morning and be shipped out in the afternoon, I'll confirm later tomorrow.
The most recent reasoning was that there was a COD charge on the shipment but they couldn't figure out why, and more specifically why it wasn't already settled with our shipping account. Anyways.. crossing my fingers it's smooth sailing from here.
