From my experience, this is usually a pretty quick process. I would venture 5-7 day from when payment is made. Usually though the email that is suppose to let you know that they have shipped the order comes when you receive the order (I know it is counter-intuitive). I would say that if it does not come in the by the end of this week then I would contact support to see what the status is. Also know that some of the inclement weather may being affecting the shipping from the vendor.
