I ordered 1 hammock to Singapore which says paid and 2 hammocks to Australia that says error What happened? Is it still good? Thank you

Your payment for the Australian order failed, and as a result the order did not go through. We have already submitted the group order for the hammock, so it might be too late for us to revise the order without causing delay.
