I've looked through all of the tracking numbers, about 45 have been delivered, 15 or so have been moving/updated with 'expected delivery dates' and 13 orders are still stuck on "pre-shipment".
For those 13, all I can say is "don't worry, it's on its way to you." Here's an example of a Silhouette that we sent to Los Angeles... The tracking showed "pre-shipment" until January 20th, when it updated and delivered on the same date. So if yours is still showing "pre-shipment" (the 13 orders), it will get updated once it get to your local postal office/area.

Long story short, everything went out on the same truck with the same labels but USPS tracking sucks, so next time, it's all going out through UPS!!!
