MarkMy extra mat has a hole in it from how it was packaged. How can this be replaced? In addition, this mat is a $14.99 value, instead of a $20 value as stated in the description. Was hoping it would have been the larger mat. Looking forward to the software and a replacement mat. Do I need to send an email somewhere? Thanks!
