Does DROP handle warranties with external companies? I always thought you had to contact them at a place like this online Contact Us | Campfire Audio

Bedlam-InsideMy experience is only with an Italian knife manufacturer. The spring mechanism to lock the blade open broke. Drop denied the claim I beleive based on time frames can't recall I think they have very short limits on their accountability. The knife manufacturer advertised lifetime warranty, so I contacted them. They don't have a sales record etc, however the offered the part which I had to install.
Long story short I am ok with result, but Drop washed their hands as fast as possible and did not go to the manufacturer for the part which would have been appropriate.

Did anyone else get white iems? I thought these were supposed to be gunmetal as described and shown in the photos.

If I use an Effect Audio balanced cable and connector with these and my ibasso dx300 player, will I have a full balanced audio result?

Yes. However don't expect it to do anything.
IEMs outside of extremely rare ultra high end (think 2000$ or higher) options don't need balanced and it's not going to make a lick of difference except eat power faster.
