Bags I'd say, it has been like that for every single SP SA set I have. Trays is more a thing for Domikey and Maxkey

snubsalot*shrug* It's easier on the environment. They were still shipped in a box, but instead of having more box packaging, they were separated into bags.

You'll only get Russian if you specifically choose either of the "Dual Alphas" or "Dual Modifiers" kits. If you pick "Alphas," "Carbonski," "Modifiers," or "Bone Modifiers," those are the English/Latin alphabet versions. You can mix and match them, but you'll need to pick one alpha kit and one modifier kit to cover a keyboard.
