Will this ship in trays like SA Godspeed or will it come in bags like a lot of previous SA sets?

Bags I'd say, it has been like that for every single SP SA set I have. Trays is more a thing for Domikey and Maxkey

XyverzSA godspeed that shipped this month came in trays. first signature plastics set i've gotten that wasn't in a bag, so i'm hoping they finally made the switch

I noticed the default picture is Russian Set. But I am confused if I order the default

You'll only get Russian if you specifically choose either of the "Dual Alphas" or "Dual Modifiers" kits. If you pick "Alphas," "Carbonski," "Modifiers," or "Bone Modifiers," those are the English/Latin alphabet versions.
You can mix and match them, but you'll need to pick one alpha kit and one modifier kit to cover a keyboard.
