A lot of people saw this delay coming; SP is really the one taking on more orders than they can handle. I think that limiting a drop like this is hard, because second runs take a while to happen, and because of the potential discounts on larger orders (mind you, I think we were all a little disappointed with the price reductions towards the end). Not saying they shouldn't consider limiting the drop to a safer number, though.
In any case, I do appreciate that MD let us know about the delay sooner than later this time.

vikgI mean if a lot of people saw this delay coming, certainly SP saw it too? I just don't get why a company like SP, who produce an insane amount of keycaps for customers around the world, doesn't change the way they do business or produce products in a more expedient way. I understand the logistics of producing a one run type of product but haven't SP been around for some time? Maybe I'm out of line here but after reading thread after thread about delays from SP and Massdrop, .... IDK, it's getting a little old.
