Many of you should have received the Windows updater just now. Please try it and let us know how it performs. It should totally solve any USB connection issues. We have tested the updater in our labs and found it to work well, so now just like with the Mac updater, it's been sent to beta testers. Once we hear from you and know that it works for you, we will place both the Mac and Windows updaters on our website. Probably Monday.
I'm off on weekends and Monday could I opt in to try the beta if I supply my email; or rather email you?
I'm guessing you sent to users who contacted CS which I didn't end up doing since I saw it just wasn't my problem I was having but rather an issue with W10.
Just updated to the new firmware 0026. The update process was smooth and ran as expected for me. It now works on my laptop which wouldn't connect to it before! Thanks for the updates and support.
Testing for freezing/blue screening now.
So jelly, If the freezing issue is fixed (which is the only one that occurred for me) I want a link ASAP lol I can't wait until Monday to listen to the goodness I neeeeeeeed!
