Another brief update. The group's order ended up arriving to our warehouse earlier today and many of the individual packages have already shipped. Unfortunately, upon taking inventory of the units received, we were made aware of a backorder on a small handful of bags and are currently working closely with the vendor to resolve. We apologize for this small fulfillment hiccup and are working quickly to make things right for the group. We will update you all again as soon as these remaining units are en route to us.
Thanks once again for your patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 8/3 or sooner if something comes up.
