YellowBeeI had the same issues (the pen arrived and was out of ink). I complained and was given a $30 refund which covered the purchase of a couple of refills. The pen itself has quality and class. Just really disappointing that the pen did not write 'out of the box' (as it was a present for someone and a bit embarrassing when it didn't work).
