It doesn't look like the armrests are very adjustable. I use my gaming chair for work so ergonomics like adjustable armrests, make a huge difference in my comfort and probably health. I can't tell if they go up and down, which is a minimum motion, but they definitely don't look like they adjust in an out. An absolute requirement for me.
