RudolphI second that. Their designs are beautiful. Then it's like they added house paint to a new car, when they add that steel at those prices. So many beautiful designs wasted, but if you love to collect designs they are the ones.

RudolphI mean, you wonder if CRKT has even noticed Civivi. 9Cr18MoV isn't a super steel - it falls into the same range of steels as 440 A and B, which makes it a good budget steel for work knives. Still it's good stuff, and it's noticeably better than 8Cr anything -- which is probably one reason why Civivi is emerging as probably the best budget line out of China. They are absolutely poised to eat CRKT's lunch.
