Yeah, that handle is *not* ray skin. Cord wrapped handle, yes. Ray skin, no.

zipsurfIn the pictures that they used here for the drop, it looks exactly like a rubber or plastic version of what somebody who has never seen real rayskin in person would think that rayskin looks like. The pictures on CRKTs site look closer to the real thing, but using the real thing is a noteworthy feature, and nowhere in their documentation do they specify that rayskin is involved. It merely says "traditional cord-wrapped handle".
