I bought this strap sometime last year directly from CustomSLR and found the shoulder pad to be so thin and slippery to the point of it being practically unusable. So, I bought a Tenba 1.5 inch wide shoulder pad and wrapped it around this strap's thin shoulder pad and it works so much better now.
