I got this on the last drop and the bottom piece just fell off one day. There needs to be more grooves so it doesn't twist off so easy, and by itself. This is a lot of money for a pen to just lose it by it twisting off by itself.

defytimeYup, same thing happened to me. I lost the glass breaker one day, then lost the whole pen a couple days later. The threads are too thick to create friction and it only takes about 1 rotation to to remove the pen from the cap.
