So how is this watch worth $200 more than a INVICTA 9937?

JimSmithI believe the Invicta 9937 no longer uses the ETA2824-2 like they used to in the much older production versions of the line.
The newer ones use the SW200, and I think just from that alone it probably commands a higher price since the SW200 is much easier to get a hold of than the ETA2824-2. I've also heard of problems with the SW200, but being cheaper and easier to acquire that may not be that big of a deal. Does that justify ETA having a $200 premium? That's up for you to decide.
Also, if lume is also important, Invicta's lume ispretty mediocre.
