View Full Discussion Hello. I just received my two binders today and unfortunately I am terribly disappointed with them. The pages in both of my binders already have shown some forms of tear because the plastic pages near the binding are quite brittle than I have expected. For one of my binders, it has gotten so bad that for half of the pages in the binder, each of the pages have torn between 1/4 and 1/2 of the way. For all of those who have already received their binders, I highly recommend that you guys reinspect the inner pages of the binder for any damage that may have occurred.
Anyways, can you guys help me resolve this issue via a refund or exchange?

UPDATE (3/14/15): Happy Pi Day! Just an update for all of you. I finally got my replacement shipment from Massdrop thanks to the help of the Massdrop Customer Support Team! The binders that I received from this replacement shipment are of high quality as expected! I am now completely satisfied with this purchase and will continue to participate in the drops in the near future. Thanks again to Massdrop, DeckTutor, and company!
Don't worry, your binder will be replaced. Unfortunately a tiny amount of binders suffered a problem which caused a weakness in the pages. I'm sure Massdrop's great support is already looking into it.
