I'm very disappointed with my keycaps that have arrived. 4 keys are defective which I find to be pretty unacceptable. I would like to know how I can go about getting an RMA for these and ship them back for a full refund. I doubt after this experience I will ever buy keycaps again.

Edit: My apologies, I just read through the FAQ ans notice I cannot return through you fine fellows. Are you able to provide me with the manufacturer of the keycaps so that I am able to see what they can do for this horrible incident? Thanks!
