b166arThat’s a good question. I have a Ducky One 2 TKL and the 2018 iPad Pro 12.9”. I know that I did use the Ducky a couple times, but yesterday I tried connecting and it simply wouldn’t work. So this is kinda iffy, where it seems that the iPad will provide energy when it wants to — or when it’s at full charge, maybe? I was at ~52% yesterday when it didn’t work.
YanboWuThat's weird, I got mine in the mail earlier today and tested this; I was coming here to report on it. It didn't work for me. I'm on iOS 12.1.1, 100% battery and using Apple's original USB-C cable that came with the iPad. It didn't work at all, not even typing in general. Considering that the Ducky stopped working, as I mentioned above, it might have something to do with my iPad, which I'll have to look into now - or it might be the cable.
YanboWuYep, the cable was the culprit. I had a USB-A to USB-C cable from Anker — I use their cables as well, they’re great! — and borrowed an adapter from a friend to test both the Ducky and the ALT. Worked like a charm!
