Why not make it truly custom, I say! Hydrodip work by liquidprint. This used to be the orange top.

Easy to swap out and nice options to choose from

The magnetic system works great and there are several design options available (and if you must, you can always get a white one and paint it however you want). Some have said that the plastic decorative case is a little flimsy. Personally I don't find it flimsy at all and regardless, the base board is pretty rigid in itself and doesn't rely in any way on the rigidity of the top cover. The board doesn't feel flimsy in any way when in use. So I'd say if you're considering the plastic top cover, definitely go for it.

White is a little too white

The quality seems just fine and it fits ok, but the white one is very bright white and doesn't really go with the white keycaps on many sets like solarized. They need to offer (and frankly I can't believe that they don't already) cases in cream/off white and also beige for retro sets. I don't even care if the case exactly matches a color in the keycaps as long as it is in the same ballpark and doesn't clash with them. The white color looks to me looks a bit cheap. The smooth texture of the plastic on the CSTM 80 cases is working against this one. You just can't see the texture and therefore it just doesn't look right. The green one is a bit darker than I expected. It works ok with the shinai green keycaps, but consider it a dark compliment to the color scheme. It doesn't even remotely match it. I'm going to keep the white one. I think it will look better with an appropriate keycap set. I just don't have one that will work with it at the moment.

It's a decorative case

What can I say? It's a decorative case. Build quality is great. My fairly new trek into Drop products hasn't disappointed me, unboxing felt very nice and (to me) felt very premium. It's nice for the opportunity to swap the look of my keyboard fairly quickly. However, a full slot for the USB C cable to slide through would be nice. Right now, you have to disconnect from the keyboard to replace cases. (Minor gripe) Hopefully more options to come in the future!
