Support for Alternative Layouts
This is a summary of how alternative layouts have been supported by kits such as Colevrak and Homing. I ordered the version with Halo Trues, and as of yesterday, they will be sending me a replacement. Someone in the discussion page has a defective board with Halo Clears, and they gave him the finger. I have no idea which ones have replacements in stock. All I know is that at the time that I contacted them, they had enough Halo True boards to authorize a replacement.
The bonus for me personally is that since I have the paper trail of being promised a replacement directly from support, it'll make keeping the board for free and doing a chargeback a lot easier from my end if they ended up being wrong about having enough to replace it.
