This is the fully-built version, which arrives completely assembled with switches and keycaps.
The barebones units will come assembled minus the switches and keycaps, as you predicted.

C.BabbYes, with one small addendum. I was mistaken at that time, thinking it came with stabilizers when it does not. So you would need to bring your own switches, keycaps, and stabilizers to complete the barebones keyboard.

Yes, the foam kits are already in-stock. Here is the kit for the CTRL.
The PCBs will be in-stock when the keyboards arrive (within a month), here is a link to the V2 CTRL PCBA.
