Holy moly am I glad I cancelled this set last year. If I waited 2 years for these mods to turn out like this, I would lose my shit. How do you colour match this bad? This is effectively a completely different keyset.

Ouch, that really blows, I think group buys should include something like an exclusive novelty/artisan cap with your set for literally funding the run, the part that's worse is that the set doesn't even match the renders, that red looked like a nice dark, almost maroon, so I'd probably only get it on sale, not that it's bad, it's just not as good as what was advertised

jimdandyLooking back in this discussion page it turns out there was a discount of $20 for base and $10 for novelties that ended back in Jul 2021, why didn't they just keep that same discount the entire pre-order phase? Also there is a post specifically talking about going through at least 3 rounds of samples for the red colour which while I am fine with the red colour that they ended up for my build, it just doesn't look like the renders which they could've changed to better reflect the product (like the new photos of what I am assuming is the actual product is way redder than the maroon in the renders that are still up).

Hi everyone - we have another important update regarding the Drop GMK Sparta Custom Keycap Set.
Previously, we estimated to start receiving inventory in March 2023 and ship shortly after. Unfortunately, we have been unable to follow this schedule and now estimate to receive inventory by early May 2023, and ship out to everyone as quickly as possible after that. We sincerely apologize for yet another delay in our schedule.
We are in close communication with GMK, but this delay is on us. We are simply still behind due to all the other projects we’ve been working on and expecting to bring to you in the coming months and later this year. We understand this update is extremely disappointing and we appreciate your patience while we do our best to pull in the schedule.
As an appreciation for everyone's patience, we have issued $20 to purchaser's accounts which can be used towards their next purchase.

At this point I want some money back for this long ass wait, I don't care whos fault for the delay. First time buying a GMK set and I am extremely disappointed with Drop basically taking around $200 and running.

@HoffmanMyster It is the end of the month and there is still no update on this. It would be great to know what is happening even if that means that nothing has happened. Please.

@ScaevolaTheChad @HoffmanMyster, referring to the previous update "We now expect GMK Sparta to be delivered to our warehouse no later than the end of March 2023 and ship out to everyone shortly after", could you please provide us an update from GMK?
