adamhollisterIt was pretty poorly communicated. There was an email back in November telling you it was active for the smaller ALT case, but there's no way to see it in your account, there was no notification that the larger case was ready to order. I only found out when I was just flipping through the shop page one day, and if I hadn't remembered the coupon offer I wouldn't have looked at the discussion to figure out what is happening. The only way to see the coupon before ordering is to add your product to the cart.
The communication here is unacceptably poor. I wasn't happy with the response I got on this issue either. I know the delays were unavoidable but it seems like this is being treated more like a hassle to Drop than a gesture of goodwill for sticking with the order.
Hi I'm new to Drop and i just received my Keyboard i have been waiting for months for by Drop x MTN Dew x Borderlands movie and didn't know if there was a software like Logitech's for the keyboards. if anyone could help please let me know
