Absolutely sucks
I only bought this because I had a $20 credit and with shipping and tax it was about the only thing I could get for free. Well, sometimes free is expensive. This is a terrible puller. It's needlessly long and made of a very thin, very flexible metal, which means as you apply pressure, the puller bows inwards instead of transferring that force to the switch. This makes pulling more than a few switches an exercise in frustration. The prongs are also extremely short, which means it's hard to get them clamped onto the switch clips properly. I've changed hundreds of switches and this was the first time I ever had the puller pop open the switch housing. I can't recommend this to anyone except as a prank. I HIGHLY recommend getting one of these instead: https://www.amazon.com/Jonard-S-340-Insulated-Spring-Extractor/dp/B006C4BCAK. It's cheaper, stronger, and just works better even though it's not explicitly for keyboard switches.

Pretty Good
These are pretty basic switch pullers. They get the job done and are definitely an upgrade over the set that came included with my keyboard, but I wish that they had maybe a rubberized side grip or something similar (after using it for 10 minutes, my hands were starting to get sore.)

Easy to use
From my experience from switch pullers that is included with a keyboard, this is so much easier to use and way more effective.

Quite nimble + effective
I was surprised at how well the little tongs on this puller were able to get that "perfect" pressure point we all know we are looking for when ripping out our switches :)

It's an ok puller
It definitely is a better keycap puller than most of the cheapo ones you get from Amazon or China but it's still a little flimsy and it would be nice if the handles had a good grippy service, alas this does not.

A neat puller.
I pull switches out. That's what I needed it for. No much else to add.

Alot better than one in the box with kbd
With this puller is alot easier to extract switches, compared with the one that is comming with all keyboards. i had to buy it earlier...

Thanks, I hate it!
Literally ever 2 mins I dropped a star off of these. First off $10? Joke's on me I guess, because I bought them. By the time I pulled the last switch, my thumb was cramping, my wrist was sore, and my fingers we're not feeling their best. I should also note that they didn't even survive pulling all the switches from my TKL keyboard. At first I was like, "ok, it's cool that I can just bend them into shape". By the time I was halfway through I was trying to think of another way of doing it. By the end I was battered and sore, and the pullers we're rendered unusable. One of the little teeth at the end was slowly straightening a little bit with every switch pulled. I tried reshaping it, but there's just not enough to grab, even for my needle-nose pliers, so it became a real struggle. They kept slipping, and twisting... I've loved every other drop product I've purchased. They've all been top notch, and I still have no complaints. These however were so bad, it's raised a caution flag for future drop purchases. $10 for a piece of bent metal that will cause you pain and suffering, please don't buy these.

Functional, but better options out there
Is a decent switch puller, with a length and width that make it comfortable to use. But I find that the size of the ends of the tool make it a bit finicky on some switch/plate combos, requiring some rather precise alignment before pulling the switch. In the end, I much prefer the wuque studios switch puller, as even though it is less comfortable in the hand, I'm able to swap out a whole board in much less time.
