batianusreyI've used this guide to wash my desk mats. Never had any issues doing this on any of my mats. Make sure you use the spongey side like he did, not the rough side. You don't want to scruff up your mat as this will ruin your mouse tracking.
I got the white version in the mail today from the last drop. The printing is nice, the surface is nice and smooth. It was very tightly rolled in the box so it's not laying flat yet. I just hope it's durable and the surface doesn't change over time.
Will this be a good writing surface? I have to still do some paper work and I don’t want my pens and pencils piercing the paper because of a desk mat that’s too soft.
Ep1willI constantly write things down on paper on top of this mat using a 2B pencil and BIC pens, and at least for me the mat is stiff enough and there isn't any piercing. If you write with extreme force it might pierce, though.
WontyUnfortunately that's the amount of time it takes to guarantee decent manufacturing/delivery of a custom made good. This industry (custom made computer goods) is not as large as other industries.
