So glad I snapped up this set. Not only is it pretty on its own, when combined with Dasher you can choose exactly which keys you want to contrast. Or keep it all one color for a unified look.
I wouldnt buy this on its own, but combined with Dasher it is really versatile: you can make monochrome setups, use some of the teal keys as accents, etc.
The Drop MT3 Dancer keycap set is a well-built set of keycaps in a striking shade of blue. As with many aspects of mechanical keyboards, whether you like the MT3 profile or not is going to largely be based on personal preference. It's important to like how they look on your own keyboard and how they feel while you're typing on them. I happen to sincerely enjoy them in both regards. I was originally drawn to MT3 keycaps because they're "based on iconic IBM beamspring terminals of the 1970s". That overall look seems timeless to me. I used part of this set to compliment a board that I was already using a MT3 Dasher set with to create an all-blue look.

Great colors, and arrived with all the correct keys for a change!
I'd been holding out for SA Dasher in the hopes it would be rerun someday, but settled for getting MT3 Dancer and Dasher together during the BOGO sale. I like MT3, though I prefer the font and flatter top of SA, and loathe the fact that the ABS MT3 sets usually don't have enough R0 keys to cover an 1800 layout. (Don't get me started on them not having 2U shift...)
At any rate, this was the fastest I've ever received a product from Drop (two days via UPS Surepost, versus the usual 1-2 weeks through FedEx or DHL). This was also the first time I've received a set of caps from Drop that had all of the keys it was supposed to - none missing! I've bought many sets from Drop over the years, but honestly it's only been to avoid group buys or take advantage of sales, not because they ever had the right keys upon arrival, or shipped in a timely manner. Shopping from Drop has usually meant trading missing keys with other buyers to complete a set after the fact.
The colors are lovely, and I like the thickness and sturdiness. I lucked out and got the newer sets that have R1 "DEL" instead of "BS."
Do I wish there were more R0 keys, and a 2U shift? Absolutely. But I found boards in my collection that didn't require them this time. And not having to wait two weeks for shipping while they bounced back and forth between towns an hour from my home was a plus. I don't know if this is a new normal, but if it is, I might shop here more frequently again.
Another great looking MT3 set with limited kitting
I’m a big fan of the MT3 profile and this colorway, but as usual it is somewhat let down by a lack of layout options. I have them installed on a NK87 and because there are no extra R0 keys I had to use a R1 for my F13 key
