I ordered the Phosphor base kit along with some other smaller sets and the base kit wasn't in the box I received with no reply from customer service on what happened.

amycsUnfortunately the replacement item shipped to me was the wrong one. I got a duplicate of the numbers kit and not the Phosphor Base Kit that I was missing. I followed up on the prior support email with images. Overall it's very disappointing to still not have received what I had ordered. Now I will have to return the incorrect replacement part as well.
