I'm guessing 2023 is real. Signature Plastics' lead times on their group buys recently has been 18 months, so seeing it slip to 20 months now isn't shocking.

could there be an add on to get the gaijin letter keys on the ortho kit? I have an ortho keyboard and would prefer to not buy two kits to make what I want.

The Ortho kit looks to be full SA R3 Profile, even if you were to buy the Gaijin Base Kit to use the alphas they wouldn't line up with the modifiers from the Ortho kit.

Tyson522what does that mean? What profile is the gaijin kit? is the ortho kit even the correct kit for an ergodox? because I'm pretty sure my ergodox doesn't all have the same profile on the keycaps.

Thanks for the responses guys. Took it all into consideration and ended up ordering one but I’m going to replace the stabs and lube them myself plus holee mod and try out Gateron Black Ink V2s with Krytox 205g0 and some Mekibo TX switch films.
