Got my Elvish keycaps for Preonic. However, the legends at the sides get smudged so easily with slight water or spit. This kinda sucks!
Pointing at Fn and Ctrl text on the sides respectively. Sigh.

shadyincOMG! Just realized I also have the same issue. I smudged the side print of the ESC key and the side print started to wash out almost instantly.

ptokarski@matt3o @Jyri_Drop Hello, has this been addressed ? I guess this is a chronical issue for these side prints. Day by day my most bottom row's side prints are keeping fading out, and if this is fixed I would love to get some replacements. The worst part is I don't know elvish so I won't be able to read what is the keycap for when I switch boards.

ptokarskiDid you ever hear back? It seems like at least one batch didn't get clear coating over the side legends to keep them from wiping off.

@Jyri_Drop Has this been investigated ? My side prints completely peeled off and I did not get informed at all.

ardaI'd say open a support ticket for a return if it's happening; Drop staff rarely look in the forum, and likely won't see this.

I would rather get replacements. For side print keycaps, shipping from Turkey to USA, then getting the replacements back would not be feasible because of the shipping cost at all.

ardaWe are still working on it. Running tests on the existing sets and comparing with few different methods. I will push this internally to see if we could expedite the testing.
