At this point Im confident the Pandas I received are defective af not only is there random cracking and popping noises, there is a constant static hiss on the left ear cup in both wireless and wired mode, and my boom mic came in bent causing random loud noises on the other end to hear, but now after only owning these headphones for 2 weeks the left ear-cup proceeds to just die on me. I contacted support a few days ago before the ear-cup died and asked for a possible replacement but now I just want my money back I don't want to deal with this again, and I'm extremely disappointed. :/ People say the ones with problems are usually the loudest which is true, but I'm curious to see an actual report of how many units had problems, or were defective.

JNROPSBefore asking for your money back, I'd actually go for an RMA and see if the replacement actually works properly. My unit has no issues and I'm really pleased with them. There are a few minor complaints that I have stated in my review but I feel like these headphones, when they work, are totally worth it. If the second unit arrives dead or defective, you can still think about getting your money back.
