Just so anyone ordering this is aware - I ordered my knife April 15th. Item shipped May 5th. Last update I have on the package is May 15th saying "the item is on transport to the country of destination" (USA). It is currently May 27th. It's been 42 days since purchase and I have no idea where the knife is and when I can even expect it.
riceroni-42I am going through a similar experience. I see people try to explain that it is coming from China and that is why it is taking so long. This is complete BS since I have ordered several other items from China after ordering this knife and I've had those items for several weeks already. The problem isn't this it is coming from China, its internal with Wish and the shipping services it chooses to use. I've been a member since it was MassDrop and since the name change (I presume that there was a change in ownership or who controls the company), I've noticed a massive dropoff in customer service and support (essentially non-existent now).
riceroni-42im also waiting for mine and its still stuck at the same point at the same date, for a while the tracking came up as expired and just recently came back. i have a feeling this will take another month before it actually could arrive.
mechVixenYou need to ask for a refund. Read their policy - I'd it takes too long you'll no longer be eligible for a refund since the tracking expires and they can't verify delivery.
